Creativity: The Currency Of The Future

As a Montessorian and as an artist, I know how essential and empowering soft skills and life skills are. Always having combined my studio practice with community based education programming, it was on meeting Yemisi Mokuolu of Hatch Africa that we took the step in 2018 to found  Five Cowries Arts Education Initiative. I am proud to say that thanks to our dedicated trustees and loyal partners, that to date FCI has trained upwards of 1,000 educators and over 30,000 children have completed one of our one year-long programmes.
