Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Polly Alakija. We strive to provide you with high-quality products that meet your expectations. As many of our items are made-to-order and personalised specifically for you, we have implemented the following return policy:

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate the return process, please provide us with detailed photographs showcasing the damage or defect. We will review your case promptly and, if deemed eligible, offer one of the following options:

Replacement: We will send you a new, undamaged item with expedited shipping at no additional cost to you.
Refund: We will provide you with a full refund, including the original shipping cost, using the original payment method.

Non-Damaged Items

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-damaged items. Each product is made specifically for you, and we do not keep stock on hand. We encourage you to carefully review all product details, including size, color, and design options, before placing your order.

Cancellation Policy

Since most items are made-to-order, we begin the production process shortly after you place your order. Therefore, we can only accept cancellations within [number of hours] hours of order placement.
